How To Track My Order

After your order ships, we will add the tracking number to your order and notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

If your tracking number does not work right away, please allow time for the carrier tracking system to update.

How long does shipping take?

We offer Standard Tracked Shipping for $4.90 with an estimated total delivery time of 5-10 business days from the order date, and Priority Processing & Tracked Shipping for $7.90 with an estimated total delivery time of 3-7 business days from the order date. In unusual circumstances, delivery may take approximately 8-15 business days for Standard or 6-13 business days for Priority.

Is free shipping available?

We do not currently offer free shipping. However, this may be added at some point. We apologize.

How can I get a tracking number for my order?

How do I process a return or exchange?

We have a 14-day return policy. To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@fieldandpurpose.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved before being sent back.
